To set up a new account with the City of Liberty Hill, you will need to complete the application found at the following link. Once completed, you should email or drop off the application and a copy of your lease agreement to the email or physical address provided on the application. Alternatively, you can visit 2TurnItOn to enroll in new utility services including water, phone, electricity or internet.

To disconnect your water/waste water services, you will need to complete and submit a disconnect form. Your final bill will be subtracted from your initial $100.00 deposit, and you will receive a refund for the remainder of the deposit.
The City of Liberty Hill now offers to utilities customers the option to sign up for auto draft. Submit form along with a copy of voided check for checking account, withdrawal slip for savings, or a copy of front and back of credit card. The completed form can be emailed to UtilityBilling@LibertyHillTX.gov or can be taken to our office at 926 Loop 332.
If you live in an area only serviced by Liberty Hill Waste Water Services you will need to fill out an application for Waste Water Services. The associated fees are located on the application.

Voting location in the City of Liberty Hill for the 2019 General Election on Saturday - May 4, 2019, will be the Liberty Hill High School located at 16500 West State Highway 29. Candidates are running for the open Liberty Hill City Council and LHISD Board of Trustees. Voting locations will open at 7:00 AM and close at 7:00 PM.
