Application for City Boards & Commissions

  1. Return completed application to City Secretary at 1120 Loop 332 or fax to 512-778-5418. Email: bzwernemann@libertyhilltx.gov. For questions, call 512-778-5449.

  2. Applications are kept in the City Secretary's Office for two years from the date the application was received.

  3. One must live in the City Limits. Two must live in the ETJ and four in the School District.

  4. Three must live in the City Limits. One must live in the ETJ and three in the School District.

  5. Must be resident of City or ETJ. Under certain circumstances, can be resident of School District only.

  6. One must live in the City Limits. Two must live in the ETJ and four in the School District.

  7. As an applicant for a city board or commission, your application is public information and will be available to the press and the public upon request. Incumbents whose terms expire are automatically considered for reappointment unless they indicate non-interest. Applicants may be asked to attend a City Council meeting to be interviewed. I hereby authorize the City of Liberty Hill to investigate my background and qualifications for purposes of evaluating whether I am qualified for the position for which I am applying. I understand that the City of Liberty Hill will utilize an outside firm or firms to assist it in checking such information and I specifically authorize such an investigation by information services and outside entities of the city's choice. I also understand that I may withhold my permission and that in such a case, no investigation will be done, and my application will not be processed further.
